■Place: Cooking room, Central Community Center of Tsuruoka city

■Adress:　鶴岡市みどり町22番43号　鶴岡市中央公民館女性センター

■Contents:

　Greeting, introduction about teacher and explanation about fish to use for dishes

　Cooking

　Eating and communication time

■Participation fee: ￥500

■What to bring: Apron, towel (If possible)

■日時  : 9/24(水) 午後4時45分から

■集合場所: 鶴岡市みどり町22番43号　鶴岡市中央公民館女性センター　１階調理室

■内容:

　挨拶・講師紹介・使用する魚についての説明

　調理

　実食・大学生と高校生の交流等

■参加費:　500円

■持ち物:　エプロン・タオル　(可能であれば)
