Hello, this is the International Student Supporters.
We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a Christmas bazaar on Sunday, December 21.
The event aims to promote interaction and exchange among students, international students, and local community members.
This event will also feature mini-games and a costume contest.
There might be a present from Santa Claus!

Sunday, December 21, 13:00-17:00
【Timetable】
13:00 bazaar
14:00 games＆quiz competition
16:00 christmas special event
17:00 closing
*The bazaar will continue until closing time.
*Free entry and exit during the event.

Bazaar stall applicants must apply by Tuesday, December 16.
Other applicants can join without applying, but please complete the form for our information.
【Notes】
- You can bring your own food and drink.
- If you are concerned about how to get there, we can meet at the university at 12:30 pm on the day of the event.
Staff will accompany you to the venue.

こんにちは、山形大学農学部留学生サポーターです。
このたび 12月21日（日） に、山形大学農学部の学生・留学生、そして地域の皆さまとの交流を目的とした
「クリスマスバザー」 を開催する運びとなりました。
当日はクリスマスバザーのほかに、ゲーム＆クイズ大会やベストサンタ＆トナカイを決める仮装コンテストを実施する予定です。
サンタクロースからのプレゼントもあるかもしれません！

12月21日（日） 13:00〜17:00

※バザーは閉会まで行います。
※途中参加退出OKです。

バザー出店希望者は12月16日(火)まで必ず申し込んでください。
その他参加者のみなさまは申込無しでも参加できますが、事前にご回答いただけると大変助かります。
【備考】
- お菓子・食べ物持ち込みOKです。
- 移動が不安な場合は、当日12:30に大学に集合し、スタッフが同行して会場までご案内いたします。
