1:30　東日本大震災、能登半島地震から学ぶ～災害と、その後～

2:15　庄内地域の防災について

3:00　避難所運営ゲーム「HUG」を通してディスカッション

4:30　終了、解散

• 服装：

午前の部：避難訓練や応急手当講習がございます。動きやすく、汚れてもよい服装でお越しください。

• 駐車場：

午前の部：山形大学農学部の来客用駐車場に駐車願います。（添付PDF黄色の部分です）

駐車許可証もお渡ししますため、集合時にお声がけください。

午後の部：MARICA駐車場をご利用願います。なお、駐車料金のご負担はいたしかねますことご承知おきください。

- 欠席される場合は、各部開始時間の２時間前までに、下部メールへ必ずご一報願います。

- 当日はメディア取材が入る可能性がございます。事前にご承知おきくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

9:25　Meet at main entrance of Tsuruoka Campus

9:30　Take the school bus from Tsuruoka Campus

10:00 Practical Learning at Yamagata Prefectural Disaster Prevention Learning Center

11:30 Depart from the Center

12:00 Arrive at MARICA

12:15 Arrive at Tsuruoka Campus

~Free Time (please have lunch on your own)~

1:15　Meet in Conference Room 1 on the 3rd floor of East Building, MARICA

1:30　Lecture on Great East Japan Earthquake and the Noto Peninsula Earthquake

2:15　Lecture on Disaster Prevention in Yamagata Prefecture

3:00　Discussion through a Shelter Management Simulation Game

4:30　Closing

• Clothing：

For morning participants: There will be an evacuation drill and first aid training. You will probably need to kneel down. Please wear clothes that are easy to move in.

• Notes:

- If you will be absent on the day, please email us at least two hours before the start of each session.

- The press may be present at the event. Please keep it in mind.
