When you go abroad
If you are going to outside Japan, you must consult with your supervisor and notice the International Office staff, and submit an Overseas Travel Form before you leave Japan.
Please don’t forget to inform us even if any personal travel.
Otherwise, the university will not be able to deal with any problems that may arise when you are in your destination country.
When you return to your home country temporarily
You can order the followings either by post or in person, by applying to the campus where you have graduated or completed your study. (We are not accepting applications via phone, FAX or email.)
- Transcripts
- Cretificate of Graduation
- Certificate of Completion
* Certificate Issuance Fees（Japanese：300 yen per copy，English：1,000 yen per copy）
If you would like to receive certificates by post, please prepare a return envelope with a stamp of the prescribed amount affixed.
（・Free for current students）
* It takes 14 days from the date an office receives your application (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holiday) to prepare the certificates in English, so please apply well in advance.
